Preparation Method Of Nicotine Salt Mixed Liquid Of 100mg/ml:

1.Prepare a set of equipment with stirring and heating;

2.Add about 700ml (735g) PG into the belt stirring heating equipment;

3.Weigh the nicotine salt 315g and add it to the equipment with stirring heating;

4.Start stirring and heating at the same time. Set the temperature 60℃-80℃;

5.Stirring and heating for about 30min, the entire dissolution process to maintain the temperature, nicotine salt can be completely dissolved;

6.Using PG to make up the volume to 1L, continuing heating, keeping the temperature 60℃-80℃, stirring and heating for about 5min, no precipitation, no solid.

7.If it is not completely dissolved, the time of stirring and heating can be prolonged appropriately.
